Let's get to know you. Your visions will be captured by our design team and a preliminary cost and design presentation will be shared with you. With a fixed payment cost of just 2,500 EGP (site visit fee) you can get on board and a step closer to your dream home.

STAGE 1/ PROPOSAL STAGE

STEP 1/ Site Audit

A site measurement slot is scheduled by the technical team, while Project manager conducts a preliminary site-audit to identify any challenges in the framework or in the service works of the site.

+ A site visit fee of 2500 EGP is mandatory and deductible from overall Project quotation later.

STEP 2/ Onboarding

The first stage of every journey - Planning. Our designers will capture your requirements and learn about your lifestyle, needs, test and plans for your dream home, and present creative references and design plans that resonate with your vision along with a tentative quotation.

STAGE 2/ Design in progress (DIP-Stage)

STEP 3/ Team Assigned and Kick-off

Once you are onboard with KONCPTS, a Senior designer and a Project manager are assigned. A design kick-off meeting is scheduled by the Sales and Design manager along with you to transfer project knowledge to the Senior designer ensuring transparent handover

STEP 4/ Design and Material Selection

Choose and select from the vast range of product configurations and finishes offered by Aertsen that fit right in your budget and wait for the designer to work their magic - presenting you the furniture layout and a 3D visualization-set for your dream home

STEP 5/ Sign Off & Payment

Once the design of your dream home is finalised, our expert technical team will validate the same against the existing site conditions and prepare a sign-off document with technical drawing-set and final quotation for Modular scope and Custom scope of the project.

STAGE 3/ Work in progress (WIP-Stage)

STEP 6/ Site Kick-off and Knowledge transfer

Once the Sales order is raised, a project kick-off meeting is scheduled on-site by the Senior designer to transfer complete project knowledge to the Project manager in your presence ensuring transparent handover to the Operations team. Project executive is assigned by PM to supervise on-site work

STEP 7/ Project Time-line and Payment schedule

Modular scope of work is sent for production and the Custom scope of work is divided into four phases with pre-set milestones that help you track execution progress. Project Manager shares the Time-line for Modular delivery and Custom scope of work along with requesting the finance team to collect 30% rest of final payment, at least 3 weeks from the modular delivery deadline shared.

Up-on Completion of Modular installation and Final phase Custom scope of work, a final Quality-Check is performed by the Project manager to ensure the products delivered are free from any manufacturing defects and are up-to the quality standards of KONCPTS.

Just like that, you step into your new home! We do one final sweep of the house, ensure everything is good to go and hand you the Invoice and Warranty documents. Enjoy!
